When purchasing second hand goods, we will not be able to accept the return due to change of mind unless notified before we send the product. If you wish to sell the product back to us, then we will be able to offer you a price to buy it back. If the item is faulty, then you will be able to return the item for repair or refund.

Contact us immediately via email or phone and we will give you the information you need including a returns number. We will send you a prepaid envelope/mailing bag so that you can return the item to us without having to pay to return it. We will be able to offer you a replacement or a refund.
